The Central American Resource Center (CARECEN) located in the Columbia Heights district of Washington D.C. is a non-profit, community-based organization that provides legal, housing, educational, health promotion and civic participation programs for the local Latino community. You have the opportunity to support our programs by becoming a member, which costs $20.00, or by making a tax-deductible contribution of any desired amount.
